Director of Curriculum Outcomes Research (DCOR)
will be responsible for directing the curricular outcomes-focused and continuous improvement programs for the educational program at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine (HMSOM). This role will manage the accreditation program for the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME). This role will oversee HMSOM¿s Longitudinal Outcomes of Medical Education (LongMED) data and the correlated outcomes focused program evaluation for the educational program, which strives to use this data to bolster initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring the HMSOM is achieving its target goals and impact. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: PhD or MD with 5 or more years of experience in medical education, health professions education, or higher education. 2 years of prior leadership experience. Working knowledge of and experience with quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation. Familiarity with LCME accreditation. Proven ability to analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate insights effectively through clear and concise writing and presentations for a range of audiences and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
