Regional Senior Marketing Manager The Regional Senior Marketing Manager – US is responsible for leading and implementing integrated marketing, brand, and loyalty strategies for Millennium Hotels and Resorts across all U.S. properties outside New York. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Brand, Marketing, and Loyalty, and working in close collaboration with the Regional VP – ROUS, this role bridges global vision with regional execution, supporting direct revenue growth, brand visibility, F&B promotion, MICE business, and MyMillennium enrollment. Regional Senior Marketing Manager responsibilities: Partner with the Regional VP – ROUS to identify property-level business needs and craft targeted marketing plans. Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Operations to develop and implement campaigns supporting MICE and group sales. Work with global commercial, digital, and loyalty teams to activate regional campaigns across all channels. Lead quarterly marketing calendars and campaign timelines with property-level stakeholders. Manage PR, content, media, and creative agencies for high-impact execution. Drive MyMillennium enrolments via integrated messaging across all campaigns and touchpoints. Track and analyze campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly. Activate regional partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand brand presence About the Group Millennium Hotels and Resorts owns and operates a portfolio of over 120 hotels worldwide. Properties under the group are placed into collections: Leng’s Collection, M Social Collection, Millennium Collection, Copthorne Collection and The Biltmore. Each collection has its own distinct personality, character and clearly defined hotel brands within it, As well as real opportunities to develop and gain promotion within the industry.
