Required Skills: Must have at least 5 or more years experience as a Web or Data Analytics Analyst Experience performing web analytics on enterprise e-commerce websites Strong understanding and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, GA4, Looker and BigQuery Must be a self starter, work with a high sense of urgency and have excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience performing a comprehensive analysis of a large scale, e-commerce platform including creating tagging strategies, strong understanding of appropriate use of attributes, tag management, knowing appropriate data that should be collected and measured using Google Tag Manager or equivalent Experience gathering, interpreting, translating business requirements to develop solutions and strategies that bridge IT/Digital and business units such as marketing Experience creating strategy around web data governance Qualified candidates could have experience in product management Experience creating user stories, business requirement documents, briefs, and functional requirements Experience using tools such as JIRA, Lucid Charts, GSuite Ability to translate technical information in non-technical ways to business and marketing groups Desired Skills: Experience working in a marketing or digital consulting firm previously, strongly desired Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
