The opportunity
As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. You'll handle administrative and support needs, enabling your customers to focus on their businesses.
A typical day at IWG
You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you'll assist customers with WiFi codes, packages, directions, setting up equipment, and billing. You'll take breaks, handle mail, and respond to customer requests.
In the afternoon, you'll plan upcoming networking events with the Community Manager, create promotional materials, and engage with prospects interested in joining the community. As the day ends, you'll ensure the space is tidy and prepare to leave.
About you
We're seeking someone capable of multitasking and delivering excellent customer service. You should be:
A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience) Proactive in problem-solving Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
