multifamily and mixed-use developments . With a reputation for precision, creativity, and seamless project execution, they are seeking a
skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager
to join their team and contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact urban projects. Position Overview
The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for producing complete, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit and overseeing the design and documentation process for multifamily and mixed-use buildings. This role requires hands-on technical skill, deep knowledge of construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development of full architectural plan sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Utilize
Revit
to produce detailed and accurate construction documents Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project goals and deliverables Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions Manage RFIs, change orders, and design adjustments during the construction phase Stay current with architectural trends, Revit advancements, and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Proven experience managing architectural projects, particularly in
multifamily and mixed-use
sectors Advanced proficiency in
Revit
for both design and documentation Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning, and construction methodologies Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Why Join?
