We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns that engage prospective audiences and drive growth. This role focuses primarily on marketing.
This position supports an academic institution specializing in integrative health, including Eastern medicine disciplines such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and other holistic approaches. Openness to working within an environment that embraces Eastern medicine, integrative care, and holistic health practices is preferred.
This is a salaried role with great benefits, approximately $80,000, mostly remote in East LA/Montebello. Ideal candidates can be on-site maybe once per month.

Develop and manage targeted email/SMS campaigns, automated journeys, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. Optimize engagement through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Collaborate with Enrollment, Creative, IT, and other teams to align messaging and creative assets. Create compelling content, including testimonials, success stories, and digital ads. Support marketing efforts, including service-line promotions, event campaigns, and online listings. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and apply insights to improve results. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Experience with AMPscript/SQL or equivalent tools for personalization. Strong analytical skills and experience managing multi-channel campaigns. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 2+ years of experience creating short-form marketing video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent.
