Senior Graphic Designer – Apparel & Print

A leading apparel company based in Southern California is on the hunt for a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to contribute to the visual identity of its seasonal collections. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned creative who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of fashion-forward design, particularly within the women’s apparel space.
In Office 5 days a week
RESPONSIBLITIES Design exclusive prints, placements, and graphics across apparel and accessory lines
Develop artwork for licensed products with a strong eye for branding and trend relevance
Work closely with fashion designers to ensure seasonal stories and graphics are aligned
Translate concepts into production-ready files meeting specific print processes and specs
Stay informed on emerging print trends and competitor activity to inspire new ideas
Manage and organize artwork libraries and cross-functional file sharing
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and design teams to hit project milestones
REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of design experience in the fashion/apparel industry (women’s focus strongly preferred)
Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of NED software a bonus)
Expertise in all-over repeat prints, screen prints, and embroidery-ready files
Familiarity with private label development is advantageous
Ability to balance multiple priorities, contribute to creative discussions, and deliver polished work
Strong attention to detail and an intuitive sense of visual storytelling
Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
