About The Role
Revenue Operations Manager (CRM & GTM Systems)
We're building the future of healthcare uniforms; and the GTM engine to match. As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the architect and operator of our sales infrastructure, with a focus on rebuilding and optimizing our CRM (HubSpot), powering data-driven decision-making, and enabling outbound and expansion motions at scale. This is an execution-heavy role with a clear runway to grow into strategic ownership. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to connect systems, automate workflows, and surface insights that drive revenue. What You'll Do:
Rebuild our CRM (HubSpot)
to support our pod-based sales structure, full-funnel tracking, and outbound + expansion workflows Integrate key tools
across our stack: ZoomInfo, Iterable (ESP), Attentive (SMS), Rockerbox (attribution), Snowflake (data warehouse), and Appsflyer (mobile) Build dashboards and reporting
across pipeline, conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and campaign performance Support
lead attribution and routing logic
to ensure clean handoffs and source clarity Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement
automation workflows
and pipeline hygiene processes
Document systems, processes, and SOPs
, and provide light enablement support (e.g., onboarding materials, CRM trainings) Partner with data teams to enrich segmentation, identify whitespace, and support campaign targeting What You Bring:
5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM Admin roles. Ideally in B2B or multi-channel orgs Expert-level knowledge of
HubSpot
(Salesforce and other CRM experience a plus) Hands-on experience integrating GTM tools and working with data teams Strong dashboarding and reporting chops, comfortable working in Looker or similar BI tools Systems thinker with a bias for action and documentation Collaborative operator who thrives working cross-functionally and gets joy from helping reps win Nice to Have:
Experience in high-growth, pod-structured sales orgs Familiarity with healthcare, retail, or multi-location B2B selling Light coding/scripting skills (Zapier, Python, SQL) for workflow automation FIGS Compensation and Benefits Pay Range At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $110,000 and $135,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
