Director of Reporting

to join our Finance organization. This role will be responsible for leading financial reporting, planning, and analysis across a complex, multi-brand environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial due diligence, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, and will be adept at translating financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Core responsibilities include: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling across multiple brands and business units. - Develop and deliver clear, compelling financial narratives that translate monthly results into strategic insights for executive and operational teams. - Manage annual planning cycles, monthly business reviews, and variance analysis, clearly communicating risks and opportunities. - Build and lead high-performing FP&A teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional collaboration. - Respond to ad hoc financial analyses and executive requests with accuracy and speed to support agile decision-making. - Conduct financial due diligence and assess risks associated with brand initiatives, developing mitigation strategies. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each brand, recommending strategic adjustments to optimize performance. - Collaborate with global finance teams, including counterparts in Ireland, to align forecasting, consolidate results, and ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis. Skills needed: 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, consulting, or related fields. - Proven experience in financial due diligence and strategic financial planning. - Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Experience working in a complex, multi-brand organization. - Big 4 consulting firm experience preferred. - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please apply! Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 with an annual bonus.
