We are currently seeking a AVP or VP Pharmacy Consultant to join our growing consulting within Talbot, a division of Lockton focused on consulting to our carrier partners, specifically Pharmacy Benefit Mangers and pharmaceutical companies. This pharmacy consultant will help bridge the gap between employers, pharmacy benefit managers, and pharmaceutical companies as it relates to data and insights available from Lockton employer and health plan clients. The consultant will work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to deliver high-impact consulting engagements using Talbot’s market intelligence. The ideal candidate will blend analytical and payer strategy expertise with client service finesse and possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. • Serve as a day-to-day lead on consulting engagements with pharmaceutical manufacturers focused on access, reimbursement, and employer benefit trends • Develop and deliver strategic insights to pharma companies • Translate various data sources into actionable recommendations to support payer strategy, brand access, and employer engagement for pharma companies • Lead projects utilizing total cost of care data (medical, pharmacy, and potentially leave data), working together with Lockton’s various specialty practices such as the pharmacy practice, Infolock practice, and integrated absence practice. • Leverage Lockton’s broader expertise from our work with employers and health plans to benefit pharmaceutical manufacturers • Track legislative changes, benefit trends, and PBM developments that impact pharma market access • Represent Talbot and Lockton capabilities and thought leadership in client meetings and presentations • Assist in review and accuracy of all vendor agreements • Build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotech companies • Build relationships with multiple internal practices and subject matter experts within Lockton in order to deliver meaningful consulting to pharma companies Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in business related field • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the industry, specifically experience in pharma, PBM, or pharmacy consulting with client-facing experience • Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into strategic insights • A complete working knowledge of pharmacy benefits, formulary management, PBM structures, and employer pharmacy trends • Must be knowledgeable on compliance requirements and federal legislation • Must be available for travel and willing to accept responsibility for client/vendor entertainment #LI-L L1 Equal Opportunity Statement
