The department is a team of collaborative professionals dedicated to delivering world-class support and innovation to a primarily U.S.-based staff. We utilize modern—and often cutting-edge—tools and technologies to meet evolving organizational demands. Position Summary: Marketing Technology Specialist The Marketing Technology Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and supporting the organization’s digital marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Outreach.io. This role works in close coordination with the Marketing Technology team, Salesforce team, and Marketing & Communications team to deliver reliable, high-quality support to both local and regional users. The specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of these systems, contributing to both day-to-day support and broader platform stability and effectiveness. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Technology. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and strategic support for email marketing and marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Outreach.io). Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues for internal users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of new platform functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for platform configuration and campaign implementation. Develop and maintain advanced segmentation strategies for target communications. Assist in educating staff on marketing best practices and platform capabilities, including organizing user group sessions. Partner with internal teams to build landing pages for events and initiatives. Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies, including AI-driven tools, marketing platforms, and email deliverability standards. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing; non-profit or political organization experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Proficiency in HTML and CSS Strong understanding of email design best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular). Demonstrated ability to understand organizational goals and align marketing technologies accordingly. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfort working in and contributing to a pro-Israel environment. Preferred Skills Experience with AMPscript, JavaScript, or SQL. Experience managing mass email campaigns and marketing automation workflows. Exposure to the Outreach.io sales enablement platform or similar system. Familiarity with basic web design or front-end development concepts. Experience interacting with vendors to ensure service and project delivery. Ability to estimate timelines and set realistic expectations for project delivery. Personal Attributes Exceptional customer support orientation with patience and empathy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who works independently and takes initiative. Positive, "can-do" attitude with attention to detail. Team player with strong organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
