About This Opportunity
As the CFO, you'll be a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading all financial operations while driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute organizational strategies and policies Design and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and fuel growth Provide critical insights and recommendations for M&A opportunities, expansion initiatives, and other strategic decisions Collaborate across departments to optimize performance and control costs Financial Excellence
Oversee comprehensive finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, SEC reporting, and cash management Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turnover, gross margins, and operational costs Drive cost optimization while maintaining competitive advantage Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams across multiple departments Foster an inclusive, innovative work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement Identify and address skills gaps to enhance organizational capacity Risk & Compliance
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets Maintain transparent financial practices across all locations Stakeholder Relations
Prepare and communicate financial statements and performance updates Present to Board of Directors, investors, and key stakeholders Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and vendors Ensure timely reporting of critical financial data What We're Looking For Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required) MBA or equivalent preferred 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience Prior public company CFO experience Multi-unit retail/dealership experience required Proven track record in change management and organizational improvement Core Competencies
