Overview FMI Corporation is seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join FMI Capital Advisors—our registered broker/dealer and investment banking group—as a Vice President within our Energy Transition and Utility & Communications Infrastructure practice. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary deal teams, manage day-to-day transaction execution, and engage directly with clients from the outset. This full-time opportunity requires 10-30% travel and will be based in our Cherry Creek office in Denver, Colorado. *All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. Responsibilities

Business development support for Managing Directors/Directors, including prospecting and pitch participation. Lead or co-lead M&A deal execution – own models, diligence, negotiations, documentation and closing. Mentor and manage Associates and Analysts on each engagement. Develop sector expertise and market presence in Energy Transition and Utility & Communications Infrastructure, including attending industry events and authoring thought‑ Uphold FMI’s Code of Conduct and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and practice development. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 5‑7 years of investment banking, private equity or corporate development experience OR 3+ years post‑MBA, with demonstrable progression. Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven leadership of junior team members and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills. Passion for the energy transition, regulated utilities, or related communications infrastructure sectors; prior coverage preferred. Experience with PitchBook, S&P Capital IQ and DealCloud is a plus. Compensation Information $180K‑$200K DOE plus bonus.
