Analyst

will support Bayview Asset Management (“BAM’”) activities in the Denver office. The

Analyst

will work as an integral member of the BAM team in CO, assisting in various mortgage-related analytics, lien mortgage loans ,

collateral management, data logic and integrity review, and handling ad-hoc inquiries. The

Analyst

will also have the opportunity to serve as both a liaison and an active contributor between internal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by the needs of company. Participate in ongoing projects and data flow. Review, evaluate, and analyze specific components of the collateral dataset provided by internal inventory. Assist with managing whole loan transactions and interacting with third parties Prepare and analyze loan tape information across data platforms and data vendors. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in data analysis. Perform data extraction using

SQL

databases. Lead initiatives to resolve, improve, and enhance current processes for increased efficiency. Perform other duties as needed or required. Support transaction management related functions Ability to demonstrate strong project management skills Qualifications: Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus. Must

have a

BA/BS or higher degree in Math, Computer Science, Information System, Finance, Economics, or other related field required. SKILLS: The Candidate must be highly analytical with exceptional math skills. The ability to meet deadlines, self-starter, multi-task, and ability to prioritize the tasks given. Highly articulate and organized with strong attention to detail and dependability. Strong communication

skills will be required – both

verbal

and

written . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in

SQL, Excel (advanced) and

Python are required. Experience with data visualization tools such as

Tableau

or

Power BI . Strong

Excel ,

Word , and

PowerPoint

skills are required. Familiarity with

Collateral Analysis System (CAS)

is a plus but not required. Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration N/A LOCATION and COMPENSATION: (only for job posting purposes as required) This role will be based in either Bayview’s Denver, CO, Coral Gables, FL or Fort Lauderdale, FL location. We have existing team members in these locations. Thie will be in a hybrid capacity (3 days on-site, 2 work from home). The

compensation is expected to be

$

80k - $100k annually. *Pay may vary based on work experience, market conditions, location, and qualifications/training.
