Creative

Strategist,

you'll

partner with our

creative

team to create high-impact campaigns that drive conversions and engagement across our powerhouse portfolio. Think of it as blending creativity with precision—and delivering outstanding results

. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Email Strategy

Rockstar

: Lead the charge on email marketing for multiple QSR brands, from

audience

segment

ation

and personalization to fine-tuning

creative

campaigns for performance and impact.

Web & App Strategy Guru

: Collaborate with

creatives

to

develop

seamless web and app

assets and experiences

that align perfectly with

brand

email campaigns—no digital silo-

ing

here!

Tool Mastery

:

Become the Movable Ink and

MoEngage

champion

. Your deep knowledge of these tools will help you create personalized, interactive email content and

optimize

lifecycle marketing strategies.

Creative Briefing

MVP

: Steer the creative briefing process, making sure

owned

campaigns hit the mark in terms of brand voice, strategic goals, and customer experience.

Cross-Team Collaborator

: Partner closely with the Senior Digital Strategist, creative teams, and brand managers to align all digital touchpoints with overarching campaign goals.

Analytics W

hiz

: Track, analyze, and

optimize

campaigns. From open rates to conversions,

you’ll

leverage

analytics to continuously improve your strategies and refine your approach.

A/B Testing Ace

: Experiment, iterate, and

optimize

—whether

it’s

subject lines, content, or user journeys,

you’ll

be conducting A/B tests that deliver actionable insights and measurable improvements.

Inspirational

Collaborator

: While

you’ll

WHAT YOU BRING Experience

:

A background in

digital marketing, email strategy, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. Experience with email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud,

Paytronix

)

is a plus!

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS A

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

, Business, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS E

xperience in digital strategy, email marketing, or CRM

in an agency or in-house environment.

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY You’ll

have decision-making authority over your day-to-day projects and campaigns, with guidance from the

Director of Strategy and

Senior Digital Strategist to ensure alignment with brand goals.

DIRECT REPORTS None! But

you'll

be collaborating closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results.
