Job Description The Payroll Director oversees the development, implementation, and management of global payroll strategies and operations across the enterprise’s global workforce, ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations and standards. This role involves building strong relationships with internal teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and third-party vendors to ensure process execution aligns with contracts, policies, and legal requirements. Expertise in payroll vendor technology and integration processes is essential to streamline payroll functions across multiple regions. The role includes leading high-complexity projects and managing daily operations with significant enterprise impact. Key Responsibilities Oversee policies and procedures for payroll processes in compliance with local and international regulations. Lead and develop a high-performing global team to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely payroll functions and integrations. Audit data and payroll records, including government reporting for taxes, withholdings, and contributions. Coordinate global payroll and HR projects with COEs, OTAs, and third-party vendors to enhance employee experience. Manage integration of payroll systems with other HR and financial systems for data accuracy. Use data analysis to improve payroll accuracy and reduce errors. Implement and test new payroll systems, maintaining business continuity plans. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Supervisory Responsibilities This role includes supervisory duties. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 12+ years of experience (preferred) Equivalent education and experience may be considered. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations No certifications required. Functional Skills Deep expertise with payroll systems, preferably ADP GlobalView and Workday. Strong influence and communication skills. Experience with payroll system integration. Change management and systems thinking skills. Customer-first mindset and collaboration skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Knowledge of international payroll regulations. Excellent time management and multi-project handling skills. Skills ADP GlobalView, Communication, Global Payroll, Leadership, Microsoft Excel, Payroll Administration, Payroll Audit, Payroll Functions, Problem Solving, Strategic Management, Time Management Compensation Annual salary ranges from $158,000 to $212,750, based on experience and qualifications.
