1st Shift (Day):
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift (Night):
Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
About the Role
As an Assembler, you will play a key role in bringing complex aerospace systems to life. From reading blueprints to building and testing assemblies, your hands-on work directly supports mission-critical components used in civilian and military aircraft. This is more than just a job-it's a launchpad into the heart of the aerospace industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Assemble intricate components using wire lists, schematics, and verbal instructions
Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screwdrivers, crimpers, and wrenches
Identify and select correct components for sub-assembly and full system assembly
Perform alignments, adjustments, and setups to maintain quality tolerances
Disassemble, modify, and reassemble units as needed
Support team productivity and may assist in guiding junior assemblers
Qualifications You'll Need
High school diploma or GED
Minimum
1 year of hands-on assembly experience
, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Ability to read blueprints, interpret wire lists, and follow detailed instructions
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Willingness to work onsite and commit to a set shift This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
