Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled
Pega Developer
to join our team for a long-term project based in
Charlotte, NC . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pega PRPC development with
8+ years of hands-on experience , and must hold a valid
CSSA certification . This is a hybrid role requiring
onsite presence 3 days a week .
Required Skills: Strong experience with
Pega PRPC version 7 or higher . Certified as
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) . Hands-on experience with
Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Management, UI Rules , and
Declarative Rules . Experience in
integrating Pega applications with external systems
using SOAP/REST services. Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega Decisioning or Pega Customer Service framework. Exposure to cloud-based Pega environments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
