Administrative Customer Service Representative Opportunity with local Insurance Agency
Temp to Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate: $20-$21 an hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00 am-5:30 pm)
Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
Meet monthly renewal retention goals and objectives as established. Managing renewal business via telephone, email and mail
Develop renewal insurance proposals and applications for producers
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and walk-in clients needing assistance
Running daily downloads from insurance carriers
Processing reports from carriers to maintain good retention
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Upselling, asking each client customer for referrals
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $21.00 per hour
