Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SAP SD OTC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues/incidents related to the SAP SD module and working on system enhancements. The consultant will also be involved in the implementation and roll out of SAP SD solutions to optimize and streamline the order to cash process.
Key Responsibilities: Implementing and configuring the SAP SD module to accommodate the company's order to cash process. Analyzing business needs and translating them into SAP solutions. Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. Identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements. Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements and provide solutions in SAP. Creating functional specifications, testing plans, and training materials. Collaborating with other SAP team members and participating in project planning and coordination. Maintaining and updating the SAP SD module to reflect changes in company processes and policies. Supporting end users in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the SAP SD module. Conducting regular system audits to ensure functionality and end user satisfaction. Keeping up to date with the latest SAP developments and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in SAP SD and OTC processes. Strong knowledge of SAP SD module, including pricing, IDOC processing, delivery, and billing processes. Experience in availability check and transfer of requirements. Good work experience in STO and intercompany sales processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in shifts and on call after office hours and during weekends on a rotation basis. ABAP debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants. Preferred Experience :
Experience in testing SAP SD transactions and preparing test cases and results. Extensive experience in SAP SD configuration, customization, and cross functional integration with FICO & MM. Hands on expertise in reports, implementing BADI, ABAP Class, Function Modules, and Business Object. Experience in configuring vendor and material master data in MDG. Experience in configuring rule based workflow. Knowledge of ALE/IDOC, workflows, Web Dynpro, and ABAP Floor Plan Manager
