Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, local appointments, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled. This is a Full Time Position mainly for Monday through Friday, day-time hours (i.e. 8am to 4pm) but schedule may be flexible.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required Have a Clean MVR Record Pass Drug Screen, TB Skin Test, and background check with an MVR Check
Experienced Drivers can expect a pay range of $18/hr to $20/hr pending experience of driver.
We offer $1000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly ($250 each quarter) and stay bonuses for each year as an employee.
