Job Summary:
The Receptionist position is the first point of contact for company visitors and callers. The receptionist answers and routes all incoming calls, greets customers, maintains kitchens, maintains copy room, opens and delivers all mail, sets up conference rooms and participates in all activities necessary to ensure that the front desk runs smoothly and with high degree of professionalism.
Job Duties: Answer phones in timely, friendly and professional manner Meet and greet all guests Stamp and send outgoing mail via USPS/UPS Receive, sort, and distribute mail Receive packages and notify appropriate recipients Maintain kitchens (inventory, purchasing, and clean-up) Maintain copy rooms (inventory, purchasing, and clean-up) Maintain contact lists and order business cards as needed Code invoices through Nexus Apparel ordering and distributing Coordinate breakfasts and luncheons as needed Coordinate weekly PT schedule Set up conference rooms for meetings Assist various departments as needed, if available Job Qualifications and skills:
High school diploma 1-2 years of relevant experience Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and resourceful Customer-focused Time management
