Job Title: Assembler

Schedule: Full Time, M-Th, 6am - 4pm

Pay: Starting at $18/hr

Purpose and Scope: Assembler II is responsible for product components and systems according to specifications and quality standards. This role involves working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. • Assembly Tanks

Assemble product components and stems following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble parts and products. Perform quality checks to ensure components are correctly assembled and meet quality standards. • Team Collaboration

Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate any issues or concerns with the product Assembly Supervisor or team lead. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Safety and Compliance

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Wear PPE as required and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately • Quality Assurance

Ensure all assembled products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in the assembly process. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues to maintain product quality. • Documentation

Complete and maintain accurate records or assembly work, including productions logs and quality checklists. Follow SOPs and document any deviations or improvements. • Specific Tasks for Position

Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, etc. Mounting tanks and installing reel mounts. Responsible for wiring panels. Use company software to perform day-to-day tasks. Responsible for plumbing and fitting compressors. Obtaining job specifics per department. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in assembly or manufacturing are a plus. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications, proficiency with hand and power tools. Strong focus on accuracy and quality in the assembly process. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
