We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Per Diem Float Pool for the Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) unit. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexibility in their schedule while maintaining a commitment to providing excellent patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings, recognizing and responding to changes in patient conditions. - Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-treatment care. - Maintain complete and accurate patient records. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care or relevant setting. - **Licensure:** Active New Jersey RN License (must be in hand at the time of application). - **Certifications:** Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. - **Commitment:** Must commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month. **Additional Information:** - **Cancellation Policy:** Client provides a 2-hour cancellation notice. - **Flu Immunization:** Mandatory unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided. - **Scrub Policy:** Any color scrubs are acceptable as long as they are clean and neat. **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
