We're currently seeking a

detail-oriented Dispatcher

to help ensure the efficient coordination of our field service team and deliver outstanding service to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at customer communication, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in the daily operations of our business by managing the schedule of our field technicians and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for HVAC service calls and installations Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Answer inbound service calls and follow up on service requests Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and sales opportunities Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our CRM (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Provide timely updates to customers regarding technician ETA and job status Collaborate closely with team members in customer service, sales, and operations Support other office tasks as needed in a team-first environment Deliver

every single day What We're Looking For 1+ years of customer service or dispatch experience

(HVAC or trades preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience using dispatch or CRM software (ServiceTitan strongly preferred) Commitment to professionalism and delivering a customer-first experience Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed Benefits and Perks:
