Are you a strategic thinker with the skill-set to build and effectively manage our Participant Engagement offering? Do you enjoy collaborating with others to support team priorities and drive growth? We are looking for someone like you to:

• act as a key contributor to the development and evolution of the Retirement Plan Participant Engagement model • enhance the UBS Corporate Retirement Plan Services offering and support advisor business growth via a participant support model offering scale, efficiency, and high quality deliverables • drive brand awareness and establish enduring relationships with retirement plan participants as well as improve client and participant satisfaction • develop and enhance the overall "UBS Participant Experience" including a data driven approach to effective outreach & engagement campaigns and partner closely with the WWS Participant Experience and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the defined strategy • be responsible for program management related tasks, including but not limited to: responsibly managing data and data related issues, FA and client onboarding, ensuring established processes required to deliver services are adhered to in a timely manner, developing program marketing and supporting collateral, streamlining and overseeing ongoing metrics/tracking, develop and maintain program policies and procedures • effectively communicate and present the Participant Engagement offering to field leadership and advisors and act as the key point of contact to onboard and resolve any program related inquiries from advisors • coordinate with the Wealth Advice Center and Financial Wellness teams to ensure alignment and to maximize effectiveness across programs and organizations • support program development projects and strategic initiatives, including obtaining and tracking corporate client authorizations, the analysis of market data and competitor landscape, development and monitoring of project plans and progress towards goals • partner with cross-functional teams to develop technology, processes, and platform enhancements to ensure long term sustainability and success of the program as well as identify and communicate requirements and hold stakeholders accountable for development of critical technology • define and drive business strategy and program development initiatives to ensure UBS's offering remains competitive; key responsibilities in this area include: stakeholder management, development of business cases, project plans and presentations, analysis of market data and competitor landscape, and creation of work product needed to obtain required approvals or implement new processes.

Detailed salary information: • Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You'll be working in the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Retirement Plan Services team based in Weehawken, NJ. WWS is one of the key growth businesses within Global Wealth Management and serves as a lead generator for the broader business. We are a leading provider of retirement, equity plan compensation, and financial wellness services for companies and their plan participants. In addition to the services provided as part of the broader business, we provide education and guidance to help participants achieve financial success

Your expertise

• Bachelor's Degree • ideally, 5+ years financial services industry experience • familiarity with financial wellness and retirement plan business, with the desire to increase knowledge quickly • effective project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex problems with multiple stakeholders • proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics • proficient in using Alteryx and Tableau, or have the ability to learn quickly • Series 7, 66 licenses (preferred but not required) • proactive self-starter who follows up on deliverables and makes key observations and strategic recommendations • client service mind-set, anticipate client needs and establish standards, processes and deliverables that exceed expectations • effective communicator (written and verbal) who can interface with multiple levels throughout the organization and you are able to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail • constructive problem solver with practiced critical thinking skills and a curiosity for making processes more efficient
