To be considered for the
Supply Chain Administrator
opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
Experience in a supply chain, procurement, or administrative support role (preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation), and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Visual or equivalent platforms). Experience with vendor onboarding, quality documentation, or RFQ processes is a plus. As a
Supply Chain Administrator
, you will:
Accurately input and manage supply chain data, including vendor information, product details, and procurement records, into internal systems. Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including the creation and distribution of new vendor packages and required documentation. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with quality, compliance, and other departments to ensure timely review and approval of necessary materials. Initiate and track internal service tickets related to quality assurance, engineering changes, compliance requests and any other requests that may arise. Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets to support purchasing, inventory tracking, and supplier management activities. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to suppliers through Ontic's ERP system (Visual), ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Compile and distribute comprehensive drawing and documentation packages in accordance with company standards and project requirements. Our Benefits:
