A global quantitative proprietary trading firm, is searching for a talented Second Shift Network Engineer to join their Network Engineering team. This full-time position (approximately 6pm-4am CT) offers the chance to work with cutting-edge network infrastructure that powers high-frequency trading operations at the Little Rock, AR location.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 networking fundamentals Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF Firm grasp of multicast functionality at layers 2 and 3 (IGMP, PIM) Scripting and automation capabilities Knowledge of TCP/IP internals with advanced troubleshooting skills Experience with QoS concepts and configurations Data center environment experience Telecom provider coordination experience Understanding of time synchronization protocols (GPS, NTP, PTP, PPS) Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with EVPN/VXLAN/MPLS Firewall experience (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) Cisco Unified Communications Manager experience Bachelor's Degree in technology-related field CCNP certification in route/switch Experience with Arista 7130 Layer 1 switch platforms What You Will Be Doing
