Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This team will be supporting customer facing design for mobile and web applications. The candidates shall be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across an omnichannel portfolio of consumer facing products. Candidates will be responsible for tracks of work that include Billing and Payments. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and lead design specs with stakeholders, as well as implementing design strategy across a design system already in place. The role will be a mix of iteration of current design and creating new features from scratch

This role handles an ambiguous environment, so the person working in this space needs to be able to take initiative and handle decision making with stakeholders. Being able to ask strong design questions and deliver multiple iterations of designs in a fast paced environment is important for this role.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with UX Design for customer centric digital products

Expert with Figma

User centric designer with expert hands on web and mobile experience (Native Mobile, Mobile Web and Desktop)

Hands on experience design complex UX journey mapping

Understanding of an omnichannel environment, multiple digital touch points

Knowledge of interactive design capabilities

Ability to use design strategy principles to make strong design decisions and work hand in hand with stakeholders to present design iterations

Comfortable in an Agile environment

Portfolio with case studies that show the full end to end design process Background with taxonomy and Information Architecture
