JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for supporting the development of webinar content and webinar marketing plans as part of the company strategic plan and in support of omnichannel campaigns and other lead generation and brand building activities. This role is an integral member of the Digital Media Production team and actively participates in 'telling our brand story' to audiences across the care continuum. Interfacing with internal stakeholders (marketing, product category management, supplier relations, e-commerce, Schein Creative Services, Digital Media Team and sales) as well as key influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), this role will develop webinars and partner with the Digital Media Team and/or Creative Services on creating landing pages, social ads/posts, emails and website advertising, and other offerings to drive qualified leads, awareness, and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops effective, relevant and educational webinar content for selected target audiences through collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external influencers including key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, suppliers and other subject matter experts. Supports initiatives that drive Henry Schein brand awareness and develops webinar content that drives lead generation for products, services and technologies. Connects lead generation with sales channels to measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Implements brand voice, tone and style guide consistent with Henry Schein corporate guidelines and applies consistently for maximum uniformity in content across different channels and formats. Collaborate with creative teams on development of web, social, email and landing page marketing assets. Augments webinar content by channel maximizing reach and relevance on digital channels including web, social, and email. Drives national pilots on social platforms proving ROI and organizing for scalability. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing applications. Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel marketing and ROI contribution. Working knowledge of Zoom webinar hosting program. Experience partnering with freelancers who will host webinars. GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong understanding of dental industry practices (preferred) Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures such as Zoom, Asana and more. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. Specifically, 5-7 years of webinar content marketing and editorial experience focused on B2B and B2B2C audiences. Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience with supporting downstream marketing plans and programs that drive business results specifically around revenue generation, gross profit gains and/or demand generation.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
