Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Consultant with expertise in Cloud Identity and Access Management principles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and, preferably, prior project management experience. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and collaborating strategically with client personnel.
Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in Agile Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) with 4-6 years of experience. Experience with Cloud-Based Technologies (2-4 years). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (2-4 years). Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (4-6 years). Familiarity with Azure Cloud (1-2 years, preferred). Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (1-2 years, preferred). Technology Project Management experience (1-2 years, preferred).
