Program Analyst III
Job Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position): Support project planning, execution, and coordination of new requirements and initiatives. Prepare and update briefings, schedules, and documentation to support program milestones. Draft and review acquisition documents, memos, and meeting notes in line with DoD policies. Track taskers, action items, deadlines, and program updates. Maintain program management tools and ensure teams stay aligned on goals and timelines. Assist with acquisition planning, including SOWs, RFIs, and strategy analysis. Monitor project performance and provide data-driven updates to leadership. Prepare high-level reports, summaries, and other acquisition-related materials.
Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications): 5-10 years of working knowledge in project management, engineering management, DoD acquisition, or similar field. 5-10 years of experience with acquisition processes and policies outlined in DoDI 5000.02 across development, production, and sustainment. At least 5 years of experience within the acquisition workforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio. Active Secret
Nice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have): Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management (Practitioner) Certification
This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $85,000, and full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
