We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Surgical Oncologist.
Here s an overview of this exciting opportunity:
Join an established team of 15 surgeons and 6 advanced practice clinicians .
Play a key role in complementing and expanding programs treating hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer, esophageal and gastric cancer, endocrine tumors, skin cancer, and sarcoma.
Work within a Certified Cancer Treatment Center based in Central New Yprk , supported by multiple regional centers offering full diagnostic and treatment services.
Practice at a 160-bed primary hospital with a Level III Trauma Center .
Enjoy an instant referral base from over 500 network clinicians .
Benefit from a full support staff , including advanced practice clinicians and opportunities to teach surgical residents and medical students .
Travel to regional sites for patient care is required.
Work in state-of-the-art ORs , including the DaVinci Surgical System .
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
MD, DO, or MBBS degree.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Surgery/Surgical Oncology.
New York State licensure.
BLS certification.
DEA registration required.
