About the Opportunity

Family-oriented dental practice is seeking a dedicated, community-minded General Dentist to join our well-established practice in Pittsburg, Kansas . This position offers a rare opportunity to step into a fully digital, high-demand clinic with a six-month new patient waitlist.

Position Details

• Start Date : ASAP
• Schedule : Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Team Support : 2 FT Dentists, 1 PT Dentist, 3 Dental Hygienists, 5 Dental Assistants
• Operatories : 8 fully equipped ops
• Patient Volume : 12-13 PPD (75% adults / 25% kids, including Medicaid)
• Procedures : Comprehensive General Dentistry - including Extractions, Fillings, Endodontics
• Technology : Newly digitized office featuring iTero, ICAT, PrimeScan , and more
• New Patient Demand : 6-month waitlist; doctors currently booked out through December
• Clinic Production : Strong earning potential with a $1,200 daily guarantee + 35% collections
• Payor Mix : Private Insurance, FFS, Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential : $250,000-$300,000 annually
• Compensation Model : $1,200 daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is greater)
• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 (paid over 3 quarters)
• Comprehensive Benefits : State membership dues, malpractice insurance, lab fees, all supplies/materials covered, 401(k) plan, and more
• Equity Opportunity : Potential for partnership after 1 year . Plans are underway to establish a DSO to support long-term practice continuity-new partners would play a key role in this structure.
