Dental Hygienist
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Dental Hygienist opportunity in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role is with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering preventive and comprehensive dental care in a supportive and community-centered environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $32 $39 (negotiable based on experience)
- Schedule Options:
- Standard: 4-day work week
- Flexible: Either 5 days/40 hours per week OR 4 days (Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday) with one 11-hour day and three 9.5-hour days
- Health Insurance: 90% employer-covered
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Paid Time Off: 33 days per year + 8 paid holidays
- CME: $1,000 + 24 hours of approved CME time
- Retirement: 403(b) with 100% match on the first 3%, next 2% at 50%
- Malpractice Insurance: Covered under FTCA
- Long-Term and Short-Term Disability: 100% employer-paid
- EMR: Dentrix
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine hygiene care with 1-hour appointments per patient
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with dentists and dental support staff to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Dentrix
Requirements:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Pennsylvania
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
