Job Title: Medical Surgical Travel Nurse - Crow Reservation, Montana

Location: Crow Reservation, Montana

Position Type: Travel Nurse Contract (13 weeks with possibility of extension)

Shift: Full-Time, Variable Shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Start Date: October 2025 or completed of creds

Pay : $55 per hour + $31 and hour stipend

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inpatient/Medical Surgical Travel Nurse to join our healthcare team at the Crow Reservation in Montana. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver vital healthcare services to the Native American community in a culturally sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing emergency and trauma care, with a deep understanding of rural healthcare challenges and the resilience to adapt to a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care to patients

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.

- Record patient data, symptoms, and responses to treatments accurately in the EMR system.

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and empathy.

- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and procedures and uphold a commitment to quality patient care.

Requirements:

- Active RN license in Montana or any active license

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience

- BLS, ACLS,

- Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills

- Ability to work well independently and adapt to different team dynamics

- Cultural sensitivity working with Native American communities is a plus
