Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long-Term Care Facility
A respected long-term care facility in the Rockland County is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. This position provides essential support to residents and ensures their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.

Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and grooming.

Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.

Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as needed.

Maintain residents' living spaces by making beds and ensuring cleanliness.

Transport residents within the facility as needed.

Assist with repositioning bedridden residents to prevent pressure sores.

Uphold confidentiality regarding all resident and facility-related information.
Qualifications:
-
Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

Active New York State CNA Certification .

In good standing with the State Registry .

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
