Job Description:

  • Deliver specialized critical care in a state-of-the-art 14-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).

  • Manage over 400 cardiac surgical cases annually in Nevadas only congenital heart surgical program.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting ECMO and congenital heart catheterization services.

  • Contribute to care within a dedicated 24-bed tertiary Pediatric ICU and a recently opened 30-bed pediatric emergency department.

  • Support pediatric and neonatal transport services.

  • Participate in academic engagement with residents (pediatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine).

  • Uphold best practices in pediatric cardiac critical care, including participation in procedural sedation services.

  • Provide leadership and continuity of care through a rotating schedule, including on-call and weekends.

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology with additional CICU training required.

  • Permanent, full-time position requiring local residency; relocation may be necessary.

  • Not accepting locum or visa candidates.
