COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCPEP Psychiatry (PSY)
- Salary: Starting Salary at $344K + RVU Bonus Eligibility and moonlighting options ($250hr).
- Overnight Shift 10:30 pm-8am; 4 Shifts (one of your shifts will fall on a weekend 2 times a month, may be planned in advance)
- CME: $3,000 + 3-5 days
- PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly)

- Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF which depends upon eligibility.

- Pension: Your employer will contribute an 8% portion of your annual salary nothing out of pocket, vesting in 3 years.
- Malpractice and tail insurance paid
- Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting.
- Psychiatric evaluation and management of patients in CPEP/ED of University Hospital.
- Teaching and supervision of residents, nurses, and medical students.
- After hours practice opportunities available through hospital . No offsite practices or patients may be seen outside of the medical center. (non-negotiable)
- 15-30 minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches and local wineries.
- Nearby train service into Penn Station, NYC (approximately 90 minutes)
- Shopping, fitness centers, restaurants, and outdoor recreation: Walking/bike riding trails and water sports. Live right on the marina ocean side.
