Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology Opening in Astoria, OR
Full Time/Permanent Position
Location: Astoria, Oregon
Setting: Outpatient cardiology clinic
Schedule: Four-day work week, 10-hour shifts
No call requirements
Position Highlights
Community-based ambulatory practice
Mix of new and follow-up patients
Work across Astoria and Seaside clinic locations
Focus on cardiac devices (pacemakers, ICDs, remote monitoring) and anticoagulation
Supported by experienced clinical staff and team-based environment

Requirements
Graduate of accredited PA or NP program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon
DEA license
ACLS or BLS (American Heart Association)
Must be credentialed by CMH
Preferred: 2+ years of PA or NP clinical experience
