Physician / Family Practice / Florida / Permanent / Lead Physician (FP/IM) outpa

Well respected healthcare facility seeking a lead physician (Family Practice or Internal Medicine) for an outpatient clinic in the Vero Beach, FL area. Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Full-time; 40hrs/wk (will be given admin time for peer reviews, quality measures, etc) Will have direct patient care with administrative responsibilities Work with the CMO and ACMO to coordinate clinical activities and implement, develop, reviewing clinical protocols, compliance measures, performance, objectives, etc Will be the "go to" provider for any practitioners needing to discuss a patient concern 3+ years experience in management or supervisory position preferred 100% outpatient Call: 1 week every 7-8 weeks (phone only minimal calls) Typically see approx. 18-22 ppd Will see all ages or 18+, they do employ Pediatricians that generally see all newborn wellness visits, so any Peds is sick visit only If there is a particular age range the provider is comfortable with, will try to accommodate Competitive salary, full benefits, PTO, CME, and 403b w/ match, eligible for loan repayment Please refer to Job ID
