City: San Francisco State: CA Start Date: 2025-11-03 End Date: 2026-05-04 Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: 0 Hours Day shift Description: Contract Length: 6 mo options to extend long term needShift Details: See belowLooking for around 30-35 shifts of coverage/mo2 shift types needing coverage: 1. Daytime shift coverage 8 hours including surgeries inpatient coverage and clinic coverage2. 24 hour call coverage that includes 6-8 hours of onsite coverage doing clinic coverage rounding admissions and consults. After onsite coverage concludes provider will take call until the following morning. Schedule: Call requirements: 24 hour callWork Details: • Support staff: Generally 2 burn surgeons working concurrently. Outpatient burn blinic has a dedicated NP.• Amount of coverage needed per month: 30-35 shifts• Patient population/age: adults• Department description: Facility has both inpatient and outpatient burn units. There is an outpatient burn clinic. Surgeons split time between inpatient coverage clinic coverage and 24 hr call.• EMR: Epic• Hospital bed size: 15 bed Practice Setting: • Clinic• Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: Board Certification in Surgery required. Fellowship in Burn surgery required.• License required: CA license may be open to licensing candidates• DEA: Yes requiredOpen to new gradsMust have experience working with inpatient burn surgery casesCredentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days. Emergency privs available for emergent needs.BR: 4000/24 hour call with 6 hours gratis385/hour call back375/hour for non call shifts Provider will be expected to work on site in the mornings doing rounding consults etc. Call back applies after 6 hours worked on site All inclusive?: NO Shift Info: Day 3x24-Hour 07:00 - 07:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $3120.00 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
