Job Description

I'm working with the main contractor on a new freelance Site Manager role for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school build near Selby . It's a 12-month contract , Outside IR35 , paying £280/day .

    Essential qualifications for this Site Manager role:





  • Valid SMSTS certificate (renewed within five years)


  • CITB MAP HSE test passed within the last 2 years


  • CSCS Black Manager's card (requires NVQ Level 4-7 or CIOB equivalent)


  • Actively holding or working toward a Level 4 NVQ in Site Management or similar



You'll be overseeing daily site activity, coordinating subcontractors, managing H&S on site, and ensuring progress aligns with programme. Steel frame experience would be beneficial, and SEN or education build background is a plus.
