At NYSS Technology Solutions, we are pioneering the future of AI-powered business intelligence. As a Senior BI & AI Analytics Specialist, you’ll work at the intersection of data visualization, intelligent automation, and applied AI.

You won’t just be building reports — you’ll help redefine what BI means in the age of generative AI and real-time inference.

Primary Purpose:

To lead the design and development of AI-augmented business intelligence solutions , integrating modern BI tools with advanced AI/ML techniques. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex datasets into intelligent, actionable insights — all while pushing the boundaries of what BI platforms can do.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, QuickSight, and MicroStrategy
• Architect and deploy AI-enhanced analytics workflows leveraging LLMs, AutoML, NLP, or predictive models
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate BI into larger enterprise applications
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and models using SQL and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Stay ahead of emerging BI and AI tools; lead internal R&D initiatives and contribute to product innovation
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and drive data-based decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 13+ years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering , or data science
• Deep expertise in at least two BI tools : Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, QuickSight, MicroStrategy
• Strong command of SQL , data modeling, and ETL practices
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Proficient in Python or R , especially for AI/ML implementations
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into analytics (LLMs, AutoML, AI-assisted visualizations, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into business strategy
