About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Analytics Engagement Manager to lead digital marketing analytics initiatives for a top-tier financial services client. This role combines hands-on analytics with client-facing responsibilities and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep digital marketing analytics experience (paid search, paid social, SEO, website traffic, A/B testing, attribution) and has worked in consulting and/or the banking/FinTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point-of-contact for clients, including C-level stakeholders
• Lead and deliver end-to-end digital marketing analytics solutions
• Use tools like SQL, SAS, Python, GA, Heap, Tableau, Optimizely to derive insights
• Solve complex marketing problems related to funnel conversion, attribution, and user behavior
• Manage and mentor a team of 5+ offshore analysts and consultants
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with IT/data teams for resolution
• Present insights and strategic recommendations in a consulting setting
• Own project delivery, stakeholder communication, and quality control

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, and client engagement
• Proven expertise in digital marketing analytics within Banking/FinTech
• Hands-on experience with GA, Tableau, Optimizely, Heap, SQL
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Master's degree in quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc.); exceptional bachelor’s degree holders will also be considered.
