As the Vice President of Marketing at Banyan Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our SaaS solution that enables investments in renewable infrastructure. You will lead the development of our product marketing strategies, showcasing how Banyan automates inefficiencies and delivers transparency to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to bring modern and intuitive technology to traditionally rigid and outdated industries while contributing to the mission of solving sustainability challenges for our planet. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive Banyan's marketing efforts.

What you’ll do:

  • Executive Team. You will be part of and work closely with the executive team to perform your role and help guide organizational strategy and execution.
  • Develop and lead our marketing strategy. Build a clear vision for brand, content, product marketing, and demand generation that aligns with our sales goals and company mission.
  • Clarify our story. Take a complex product and translate it into language that financial institutions, infrastructure developers, and the broader ecosystem understand. Build narratives that connect to outcomes.
  • Support the sales team. Create personas, enablement materials, and campaigns that help our team meet customers where they are, especially in high-trust, high-stakes conversations.
  • Elevate our voice. Build a thoughtful external presence through content, events, PR, and partnerships. Help Banyan show up as a credible, human voice in a technical space.

What you’ll nee d :

  • 5+ years of experience reporting to and collaborating with a C-suite or leadership team to drive company-wide marketing initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, leading designing, developing, and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing and sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills across multiple types of data, including marketing, financial, and product data. Ability to draw insights from dashboards and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to design go-to-market strategies, including hypothesis-driven testing, and familiarity with customer segmentation and value narratives.
  • A proven ability to translate complex enterprise product features and unstructured customer insights, into clear, compelling messaging that adapts to and leverages a changing market landscape.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with diverse partners at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in the business, proactively problem solve, and work through ambiguity.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, and a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Banyan's mission and strong alignment with our values.
  • Project Finance or renewable energy experience is a HUGE plus!

Compensation: $210,000 - $250,000 Base Salary plus Equity
