Description

The

System Administrator / Supervisor

is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of all company servers, systems hardware and software, services and all related infrastructure at corporate headquarters and company branches. Individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures are compliant with company policies and supervises on site personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and operational requirements. Supervise on site personnel to achieve company goals Create, change, and delete user accounts for all environments. Install, configure, and support SED's wide area network (WAN), local area network (LAN), and Internet system. Manage & troubleshoot networks, intranet & internet connectivity throughout the organization. Perform scheduled backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and filed as instructed. Maintain Office365, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Manage Software Deployment and Updates/Patching Document systems configurations (Maintain FAQs, Policies, and Procedures) Maintain and monitor email systems - Exchange, Office365 and spam filtering. Perform scheduled security testing to identify any possible breaches and prepares plan of action. Other duties as assigned, including on-call and assisting internal customers. Requirements

Bachelor (4-year) degree or commensurate years of IT experience. Systems Administration / Systems Engineer certification preferred. (Microsoft / VMware / etc.) Network Administration certifications preferred. (Cisco / Fortinet / etc.) Three to five years of system administration experience, including AD/DNS/GPO. Three years of experience with Azure / AzureAD / Office365 Experience managing Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice a plus. In person travel within the service territories of Pepin/Redwood required A valid Florida Driver's License, preferred Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements The Physical Requirements:

Requires full-time, in-office attendance. Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus). Performs light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Work hours will vary daily due to business needs. The Perks:
