Battery Assemblers work as part of a team responsible for assembling entire products or components. Assemblers rotate through various tasks in the assembly process, contributing to different stages rather than being assigned to a single, permanent task. Technicians are encouraged to provide input and feedback to engineers and/or cell leads to promote continuous improvement. All Assembly Technicians must be trained in-house based on IPC-620 standards, welding, general assembly knowledge, and basic Cirris testing Non-Conforming SOP 8.3.
