We’re seeking a
Technical Designer
to lead the transformation of visionary design concepts into high-quality, production-ready garments. In this role, you’ll own the technical design process from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and materials meet brand standards and market expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fit sessions and manage pattern development using 2D/3D tools (e.g., Browzwear). Create and maintain technical specs in PLM systems (e.g., Centric). Ensure product quality through construction reviews and development audits. Analyze returns and feedback to drive continuous product improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the technical point of contact for vendors. Mentor junior team members and champion innovation in technical design. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical design or apparel product development. Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit. Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and 3D design tools. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
