Brief Expectation of the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with a strong background in the telecom domain, specifically focusing on RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core performance.
Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot. Work closely with network engineers and product managers to understand performance requirements for RAN and Core networks. Develop solutions for data ingestion, processing, and analysis of network performance metrics. Integrate applications with various telecom network elements and data sources. Ensure code quality, testability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in Java, Spring Boot, and telecommunications. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in Java development. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework. Proven experience in the telecommunications domain, with a deep understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core network architectures.
Salary Range: $110,000-$148,000 a year
